Step 1
Mince the
Garlic (2 cloves)

Fresh Basil (2 g)

Step 2
Cook
Whole Wheat Thin Spaghetti (375 g)
until al-dente, typically around 6 minutes and drain. While pasta is boiling, heat
Olive Oil (15 mL)
in a medium saucepan. Add in garlic and cook for one minute.
Step 3
Next, add in
GREY GOOSE® Vodka (60 mL)
and allow the alcohol to cook off. Usually takes about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add in can of
Canned Crushed Tomatoes (795 g)
,
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (as needed)
and
Granulated Sugar (2 g)
. Cook for 5 more minutes simmering lightly.
Step 5
Stir in
Heavy Cream (30 mL)
and chopped basil and take off heat. Toss with cooked pasta.
