Step 1
Preheat an oven to 425 degrees (220 degrees C).
Step 2
Heat a medium saucepan and add the
Garlic and Herb Gourney Cheese (1 pckg)

Cream Cheese (225 g)
,
Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce (1 mL)
,
Worcestershire Sauce (1 mL)
, and
Old Bay® Seasoning (1 dash)
.
Step 3
On low heat whisk until the sauce is thick and clump free.
Step 4
Take the sauce off the heat and fold in the jumbo
Lump Crab Meat (455 g)
making sure not to break up the chunks of crab.
Step 5
Top each slice of
Baguette (1)
with the crab mixture and some
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (55 g)
. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Step 6
Top with
Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley (6 g)
and
Tomato (1/2)
. You can even make a meal out of the crab toast and serve with a side of mixed greens.
