Step 1
Peel and chop Sweet Potatoes (2) into chunks. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add sweet potatoes, cooking for about 15 minutes, until fork tender. Drain water and mash potatoes, then set aside to cool some.
Step 2
In a medium bowl combine All-Purpose Flour (250 g) , Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (135 g) , Baking Soda (5 g) , Salt (3 g) , Ground Cinnamon (5 g) , Ground Nutmeg (as needed) , Ground Cloves (as needed) , Ground Ginger (as needed) . Set aside.
