Heat Butter (15 g) over medium high heat in a cast iron skillet (if possible) or large frying pan. Add Bananas (3) and cook about three minutes on each side, until bananas begin to brown and caramelize. Remove from heat.
Step 2
If you have a cast iron skillet, we’ll bake this right in the skillet. If you do not, grease a medium-sized baking dish and transfer bananas into the dish. Evenly layer Frozen Mixed Berries (435 g) onto the bananas. In a separate bowl, mix Medium Grind Bulgur Wheat (110 g) , Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (45 g) , Brown Sugar (40 g) , Salt (2 g) and Ground Cinnamon (3 g) . Pour evenly over berries.
