Step 1
Chop the ends off of the Cucumber (1) and use a mandolin or vegetable peeler to peel thin slices along, lengthwise. Set slices on a few layers of paper towels and cover with a few more. Pat to dry and let sit while you make the tzatziki.
Step 2
To make tzatziki, combine Plain Greek Yogurt (140 g) , juice from Lemon (1) , Garlic (1 clove) , Fresh Dill (as needed) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
