Step 1
Measure MARTINI Riserva Speciale Bitter (0.5 fluid ounce), BACARDÍ® Dark Rum (1.5 fluid ounce), Pineapple Juice (1.5 fluid ounce), juice from Lime (1), and Demerara Sugar (0.5 ounce) into a shaker.
Step 2
Fill the shaker with Ice (as needed), and secure the top. Shake until well-chilled.
Step 3
Fill the rocks glass with Ice (as needed), and strain the drink into the glass over the ice.
Step 4
Garnish with Pineapple (1). Serve.
