Lemon , peeled, juiced

1 strip of peel and 2 Tbsp juice needed

1 fl oz

Aquafaba

liquid taken from a can of chickpeas

as needed

Step 1

To a large jar add Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp) , 2 Tbsp of juice of a Lemon (1) , and DEWAR'S® 15 (2 fl oz) . Stir with a bar spoon (or chopstick) until the sugar dissolves.

Step 2

Add the Aquafaba (1 fl oz) to the jar.

Step 3

Fill the jar with Ice (as needed) . Secure the lid and shake the drink hard until it begins to foam, around 10 seconds.

Step 4

Remove the lid and pour it into a glass.

Step 5

Peel a strip of lemon peel and squeeze, spray and twist over the drink. Place on top. Cheers!
