Cooking Instructions
1.
Cut the
Lime (1)
into quarters.
2.
In a jar or shaker, muddle lime and
Caster Sugar (1 Tbsp)
.
3.
Measure
LEBLON Cachaça (2 fl oz)
into the jar.
4.
Wrap
Ice (as needed)
in a clean kitchen towel. Using a meat tenderizer or other heavy object, smash the ice into small pieces.
5.
Place the crushed ice into the jar. Close the lid and shake well.
6.
Pour liquid and ice into a rocks glass.
7.
Clap a sprig of
Fresh Mint (1 sprig)
between your hands to release the oils. Place in the drink and serve.
