Step 1
Fill a highball glass with Ice (as needed) as needed.
Step 2
Into the highball glass, measure BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (1.5 fl oz) , Lime Juice (1.5 fl oz) , and Simple Syrup (0.8 fl oz) .
Step 3
Top with Club Soda (3 fl oz) and gently stir with a bar spoon to combine.
Step 4
Garnish with a wheel of Lime (1) in the drink and a lime wedge on the glass rim. Serve immediately.
