Step 1
Measure the BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (1.5 fluid ounce), Cherry Brandy (0.5 fluid ounce), BÉNÉDICTINE D.O.M. Liqueur (0.25 fluid ounce), Cointreau (0.25 fluid ounce), Grenadine Syrup (0.25 fluid ounce), juice from Lime (1), Fresh Pineapple Juice (2 fluid ounce), and Angostura Bitters (2 dash) into the shaker.
Step 2
Fill the shaker with Ice (as needed). Secure and shake until well-chilled.
Step 3
Fill the Hurricane glass with Ice (as needed). Strain the drink into the glass. Top up with Club Soda (to taste).
Step 4
Garnish with leaves and a wedge of a Pineapple (1) and a Maraschino Cherry (1). Serve immediately.
