Step 1
To a large, clean container, add
Banana (1)
. Cover with
BACARDÍ® Superior Rum (1 bottle)
. Close the lid and let it infuse for 24 hours.
Step 2
Strain the banana rum into a clean container.
Step 3
Into a Boston Shaker, measure
Pineapple Juice (3 fl oz)
,
Coconut Milk (1 fl oz)
, 2 fl oz Banana Rum, and
Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp)
. Stir with a bar spoon to combine.
Step 4
Add plenty of
Ice (as needed)
to the shaker, then secure the top and shake hard.
Step 5
Open the shaker. Pour both liquid and ice into a highball glass.
Step 6
Garnish with
Fresh Pineapple Chunk (1)
and serve.
