Author's Notes

A highball / Collin glass full of ice & one piece of fresh lemon peel (sprayed, squeezed & twisted) inside the drink as the presentation, a straw can be alternative.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Fill a highball glass with Ice (as needed) . Stir with a bar spoon.
Step 2
Measure in the ST. GERMAIN (2 fl oz) . Add the MARTINI Prosecco (2 fl oz) , then finally, top with Soda Water (2 fl oz) .
Step 3
Peel a strip from a Lemon (1) .
Step 4
Squeeze, spray & twist above the drink, and place the peel into the drink. Then serve.
