Step 1
Add Ice (as needed) to a martini glass. Use a bar spoon to stir. Set aside to chill.
Step 2
Add Fresh Mint Leaves (4), then measure BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (2 fluid ounce), Simple Syrup (1 fluid ounce), and 1 fl oz of Lime (1) into the shaker.
Step 3
Fill the shaker with Ice (as needed). Secure the top and shake well for about 10 seconds.
Step 4
Remove the ice from the martini glass.
Step 5
Double-strain the drink into the glass.
Step 6
Clap the Fresh Mint (1 sprig) to release its fragrance. Garnish the glass with mint sprig. Serve.
