Step 1
Add 3 slices of a
Lemon (1)

Peach Purée (2 Tbsp)

Maple Syrup (0.8 fl oz)
, and
BACARDÍ® Reserva Ocho Rum (1.5 fl oz)
to a highball glass.
Step 2
Muddle all ingredients in the glass to let the flavors combine.
Step 3
Add in
Ice (as needed)
to the cup. Using a bar spoon, stir the drink. Top with more crushed ice.
Step 4
Garnish with a few sprigs of
Fresh Thyme (2 sprigs)
and serve immediately.
