Step 1
Make the Chili syrup: In a small saucepan over medium-high heat simmer Water (1 cup).
Step 2
Add in Granulated Sugar (1 cup) and Red Chili Pepper (2) and continue to simmer for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 3
Prepare the glass. Rub the Lime Wedge (1) on the rim of half the glass. Roll the rim of the glass in a tray containing about 1-2 tsp of Fine Ground Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (as needed).
Step 4
Fill the martini glass carefully with Ice (as needed) to chill. Set aside.
Step 5
Place Cherry Tomato (6) into the shaker and muddle to release their juice.
Step 6
Using a jigger, measure Grapefruit Juice (1.5 fluid ounce), 0.5 fl oz chili syrup, and GREY GOOSE® Vodka (1.5 fluid ounce) into the shaker.
Step 7
Add the Ice (as needed) to the shaker, secure the top, and shake well.
Step 8
Remove the ice from the martini glass. Strain the liquid into the chilled glass.
Step 9
Serve immediately garnished with a Cherry Tomato (1).
