Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large bowl start off by beating the Eggs (5) .
Step 3
Add Baking Soda (5 g) , Baking Powder (4 g) , Coconut Vinegar (15 mL) , Coconut Flour (15 g) , Flaxseed Meal (40 g) , Salt (3 g) , Almond Butter (240 g) and Honey (20 g) to the bowl with egg and mix until a thick batter forms.
Step 4
Pour batter into a baking loaf pan and cook in preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes.
Step 5
Let the loaf cool down completely on a wire rack and serve it as you prefer.
