Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a bowl cream the Cashew Butter (70 g) with the Coconut Oil (30 mL) , Egg (1) and Maple Syrup (15 mL) until creamy.
Step 3
Once creamy, add in the Quinoa Flour (60 g) , Oat Fiber (50 g) , Hemp Hearts (30 g) , Chia Seeds (20 g) , Baking Powder (6 g) , Baking Soda (2 g) , Vanilla Bean Paste (1 g) and Salt (1 pinch) and mix.
Step 4
Once the mixture is fully combined, fold in the Frozen Blueberries (75 g) .
Step 5
Drop tablespoons of dough onto a parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes in preheated oven.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool down completely. They will be very soft while hot, so wait for them to settle before touching them. Enjoy!
