Step 1
Wash the
Whole Sea Breams (500 g)

Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Fresh Parsley (to taste)

Step 2
In a large skillet heat up a few tablespoons of
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (as needed)
with
Garlic (1 1/2 cloves)
and
Cherry Tomatoes (200 g)
. Cook on medium to blister and slightly brown the garlic.
Step 3
Next add the fish,
Black Olives (8)
,
Capers (3 g)
,
Lemon (1/2)
, more
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
,
Red Chili Pepper (1)
, and
Fennel Bulb (1)
. Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.
Step 4
Pour in the
Dry White Wine (120 mL)
and 1/2 cup of water. Cover with a lid and let cook on medium for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Flip it and cook for 10 more minutes.
Step 6
Serve it with a drizzle of oil if desired.
