Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Step 2

Take out Mocha Flavored Ice Cream (1.3 kg) out of the freezer to allow it to soften.

Step 3

For the crust: Crush Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (25) a food processor, blender, or by hand.

Step 4

Stir in Butter (60 g) .

Step 5

Press the crust mixture into a standard pie plate. Bake 5 to 6 minutes. When done, allow to cool completely.

Step 6

Add the softened ice cream to a large mixing bowl.

Step 7

Stir in Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (8) . You can use up to 12 cookies.

Step 8

Pour and spread into cooled crust. Freeze for 2 or more hours.

Step 9

Decorate with Whipped Cream (to taste) and Chocolate Chips (to taste) .
