Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
In a bowl combine the Unflavored Whey Protein Powder (20 g) , Soy Flour (20 g) , Rice Flour (15 g) , Dried Oregano (2 g) , and Xanthan Gum (3 g) .
Step 3
Add the Active Dry Yeast (3 g) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (15 mL) , Coconut Vinegar (15 mL) , and give it a stir. Slowly pour in Water (65 g) and sprinkle with Salt (1 pinch) . Mix until you form a soft and smooth dough.
Step 4
Roll it out into a circle and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes in your preheated oven.
Step 6
Remove from the oven, dress it with Tomato Sauce (to taste) and Mozzarella Cheese (to taste) and bake for 5 more minutes.
Step 7
Drizzle the top with some extra-virgin olive oil and serve it up.
