Step 1
Heat
Vegetable Oil (30 mL)
in a pan and add
Cumin Seeds (as needed)

When they crackle, add

and fry until golden brown.

Almonds (5 g)

and cook for half minute

Add
Ginger Garlic Paste (2 g)

Punjabi Masala (3 g)

Ground Turmeric (1 pinch)

Salt (to taste)

Add
Canned Tomato Purée (250 g)
and let it simmer for 3 minutes or until oil begin to seperate

Add
Paneer (250 g)
and cook for another 2 minutes
Step 7
Before serving, stir in
Cream (30 mL)
