Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Heat Vegetable Oil (30 mL) in a pan and add Cumin Seeds (as needed) .
Step 2
When they crackle, add Onion (1) and fry until golden brown.
Step 3
Add Almonds (5 g) , Pistachios (1 g) and cook for half minute
Step 4
Add Ginger Garlic Paste (2 g) , Punjabi Masala (3 g) , Ground Turmeric (1 pinch) , Salt (to taste) .
Step 5
Add Canned Tomato Purée (250 g) and let it simmer for 3 minutes or until oil begin to seperate
Step 6
Add Paneer (250 g) and cook for another 2 minutes
Step 7
Before serving, stir in Cream (30 mL) .
Step 8
Serve hot and enjoy!
