Step 1
Sift together
All-Purpose Flour (250 g)

Caster Sugar (4 g)

Salt (2 g)
. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat
Eggs (3)
,
Milk (500 mL)
Step 3
Beat in the flour mixture until smooth
Step 4
Stir in
Unsalted Butter (30 g)
.
Step 5
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Spread butter on surface of the flat pan.
Step 6
Pour in the batter on the pan, approximately 100 milliliter.
Step 7
Rotate the pan to spread the batter as thin as possible.
Step 8
Once the lower part is cooked and brown, fold the crepe and remove on a plate
Step 9
Top with
Chocolate Frosting (65 g)
and
Fresh Raspberries (100 g)
. Served hot and enjoy!
