Step 1
Prepare the dressing: combine
Soy Sauce (30 mL)
, juice from
Limes (2)

Garlic (2 cloves)

Fresh Parsley (20 g)

Honey (170 g)

Olive Oil (15 mL)

Ground Black Pepper (as needed)

Salt (to taste)

Step 2
Pour the dressing on the
Chicken Thighs (400 g)
and coat them well.
Step 3
Preheat the drill pan and brush with Olive Oil. Grill the chicken thighs for 10 to 12 minutes each sides or until cooked properly and no more pink
Step 4
Served hot with green coriander chutney and enjoy!
