Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C (375 degrees F).
Step 2
Add Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1) , Yogurt (250 g) , Vegetable Oil (80 mL) , Vanilla Essence (2 mL) to a large bowl and whisk to a smooth consistency. Set aside wet ingredient mixture.
Step 3
In a new large bowl add All-Purpose Flour (250 g) , Granulated Sugar (100 g) , Baking Powder (5 g) , Baking Soda (2 g) , Salt (2 g) and mix. Add the Fresh Blueberries (360 g) and gently mix.
Step 4
Add the wet ingredients prepared earlier and fold in gently until combined.
Step 5
Prepare the muffin tray with liners.
Step 6
Use a ice cream scope or spoon to fill the muffin cups.
Step 7
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 8
Remove from the oven, let it cool and enjoy!
