Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, sift All-Purpose Flour (40 g) , Baking Powder (as needed)
Step 3
In another bowl, whisk Eggs (2) and Vanilla Essence (5 mL) till light and fluffy
Step 4
As you beat the egg, add Caster Sugar (180 g) a little at a time till half is done and add the balance nd incorporate fully.
Step 5
Add flour and flod in.
Step 6
Add Unsalted Butter (110 g) and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (45 g) into the mixture.
Step 7
Add the Walnuts (60 g) and mix.
Step 8
Prepare tin by brushing with melted butter.
Step 9
Pour the batter into a prepared rectangle tin.
Step 10
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Check if cooked by using a toothpick. Cut into squares. Serve and enjoy!
