Add BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (1.5 fl oz) , ST. GERMAIN (0.5 fl oz) , Simple Syrup (0.5 fl oz) , Lime Juice (1) , and Fresh Basil Leaves (3) into a shaker tin.
Step 2
Strain over fresh Ice (as needed) into a mixing glass.
Step 3
Top with Ginger Beer (3 fl oz) and stir until incorporated.
Step 4
Garnish with wedge of Lime (1) and Fresh Basil (1 sprig) .
