Cooking Instructions
1.
In the base of a shaker, muddle
Fresh Basil Leaves (6)
gently to release flavor.
2.
Into the shaker, add
Caster Sugar (1 Tbsp)
with a bar spoon. Then use a jigger to measure in 1 fl oz of juice of a
Lime (1)
and the
BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (2 fl oz)
.
3.
Stir with a bar spoon until sugar is dissolved.
4.
Fill the shaker with
Ice (as needed)
. Secure the top and shake well.
5.
Fill a rocks glass with
Ice (as needed)
.
6.
Strain the liquid into a rocks glass through a fine strainer.
7.
Slice the peel off of a
Lemon (1)
.
8.
Garnish with Basil. Twist the lemon peel and place it in the drink.
