Cooking Instructions

Add
Ice (as needed)
to a coupe glass to chill.
2.
Using a knife and cutting board, cut the
Passion Fruit (1)
in half. Scoop the passion fruit seeds into the base of a shaker.
3.
Measure
Simple Syrup (2 tsp)
,
Lime (1/3)
,
Pineapple Juice (1.5 fl oz)
,
Apple Cider Vinegar (1/2 tsp)
,
Sichuan Peppercorn Oil (6 drops)
,
Coconut Liqueur (0.5 fl oz)
, and
BACARDÍ® Superior Rum (1.5 fl oz)
into the shaker.
4.
Using a hand blender, mix until the liquid gets foamy.
5.
Remove the ice from the coupe glass. Fill the shaker with
Ice (as needed)

6.
Secure the top and shake well. Double strain the drink into the glass.
7.
Garnish with a
Lime Wedge (1)
and serve.
