Cooking Instructions
1.
Add
GREY GOOSE® Vodka (1 bottle)
to a large jar or container with a lid. Add
Fresh Dill (4 sprigs)

Whole Cloves (2)
,
Star Anise (2)
,
Whole Nutmeg (5)
,
Black Peppercorns (1 Tbsp)
,
Fennel Seeds (1 Tbsp)
,
Whole Coriander Seeds (1 Tbsp)
and
Lemon Peels (1)
. Stir, close the lid, and allow to infuse for at least 24 hours.

After 24 hours, strain the Akavit-spiced Vodka into a clean container.
3.
Before you make the drink, add
Ice (as needed)
to a martini glass to chill.
4.
Into the base of a shaker, measure
Orange Bitters (2 dashes)
,
Dry Sherry (2 tsp)
,
MARTINI Bianco (2 tsp)
, and 50 ml Akvavit Spice infused Grey Goose.
5.
Remove the ice from the martini glass. Fill the base with
Ice (as needed)
.
6.
Stir to combine, but do not shake. Strain the drink into the chilled Martini glass.
7.
Garnish with
Smoked Salmon (to taste)
and
Fresh Dill (to taste)
and serve.
