Step 1
Add Ice (as needed) to a coupe glass to chill.
Step 2
Using a knife and cutting board, cut the Passion Fruit (1) in half. Scoop the passion fruit seeds into the base of a shaker.
Step 3
Measure Simple Syrup (2 teaspoon), Lime (1/3), Pineapple Juice (1.5 fluid ounce), Apple Cider Vinegar (1/2 teaspoon), Sichuan Peppercorn Oil (6 drop), Coconut Liqueur (0.5 fluid ounce), and BACARDÍ® Superior Rum (1.5 fluid ounce) into the shaker.
Step 4
Using a hand blender, mix until the liquid gets foamy.
Step 5
Remove the ice from the coupe glass. Fill the shaker with Ice (as needed).
Step 6
Secure the top and shake well. Double strain the drink into the glass.
Step 7
Garnish with a Lime Wedge (1) and serve.
