Step 1
In the base of a shaker, muddle Fresh Basil Leaf (6) gently to release flavor.
Step 2
Into the shaker, add Caster Sugar (1 tablespoon) with a bar spoon. Then use a jigger to measure in 1 fl oz of juice of a Lime (1) and the BOMBAY SAPPHIRE (2 fluid ounce).
Step 3
Stir with a bar spoon until sugar is dissolved.
Step 4
Fill the shaker with Ice (as needed). Secure the top and shake well.
Step 5
Fill a rocks glass with Ice (as needed).
Step 6
Strain the liquid into a rocks glass through a fine strainer.
Step 7
Slice the peel off of a Lemon (1).
Step 8
Garnish with Basil. Twist the lemon peel and place it in the drink.
