SideChef is a leading global food tech company that empowers brands, retailers, and consumers through cutting-edge recipe technology and commerce solutions. Our platform connects food inspiration to real purchase behavior by powering engaging recipe hubs, shoppable content, and performance-driven CPO (Cost-Per-Order) commerce campaigns.
SideChef’s consumer app has been recognized as a favorite cooking app by USA Today and The New York Times, named “Best App of the Year” by Google Play, and ranked on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. for its rapid growth and strategic innovation.
We work with world-class partners across CPG, retail, and food media, including retail leaders (Walmart, Target, Amazon Fresh, REWE, Marks & Spencer) and major CPG brands (Nestlé, Unilever, Mondelez), to drive measurable business impact through recipe engagement and commerce initiatives.
We are a boutique global, remote-first company with teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. We move fast, operate lean, and give real ownership to people who earn it.
We're looking for a business development professional who loves the hunt—someone who gets energy from opening doors, building relationships, and turning conversations into commercial partnerships. This role is about revenue, not activity. Success is measured by opportunities closed, partnerships launched, and revenue generated.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, spotting opportunities others miss, and creating momentum where none existed before.
You'll work directly with company leadership, represent proven solutions already used by leading brands, and play a meaningful role in driving the next stage of growth.
Success in this role is not measured by the number of meetings held. It's measured by new business and revenue generated.
This is not a role for someone looking to manage a team or spend their days in internal meetings. It's a role for someone who wants to be in the market, talking to customers, building relationships, and closing business. You don't confuse activity with progress. You know that meetings, presentations, and proposals are only valuable if they lead to signed agreements.
We're looking for someone with 5–10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, selling primarily to CPGs or agencies.
Compensation is performance-based and designed to reward business generation and growth. Specific terms will be discussed with qualified candidates.
If you love building relationships, creating opportunities, and winning new business, we'd love to hear from you.
