Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategy, roadmap, and goals for SideChef's B2B product offerings in alignment with company vision and market demands.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, identify client needs, and translate them into product requirements
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for product inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Act as a project manager, coordinating cross-functional teams, setting priorities, and ensuring that deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive product innovation.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and collateral that effectively communicate the value proposition of SideChef's B2B products.
  • Plan and execute user testing and interviews to understand how users engage with the product and drive meaningful outcomes for the business.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with our CEO to spearhead the next generation of user experiences for home cooks worldwide. You'll work with our partners, including retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and M&S, CPG companies like Nestle, Unilever, and Bacardi, and media companies like Pinterest and Fox Entertainment. This role is for someone who is self-motivated, eager to build world-class experiences, and ready to lead the transformation of an entire industry —not for those who need micro-managing or are content with copying competitors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B software products. Experience in building websites or Apps in the
    US/European market is a must.
  • Proven track record of success in fast-paced startup environments and experience in account management and agile project management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to product management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Passion for culinary innovation and a deep understanding of the food technology landscape.
  • Proficient in business level English.
