• Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-signature, owning day-to-day project
  operations, communications, and end-to-end delivery of contracted solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with product & engineering, and other teams to translate
  client needs into actionable requirements.
• Simplify technical concepts into business-friendly narratives for client stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, scope, and quality standards are met.
• Manage ongoing retainer hours: assess client requests, estimate feasibility & effort, and
  coordinate execution.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Be a champion of the MVP concept through surveys, concept testing, market
  feedback,and competitive analysis
• Leverage data analysis skills and execute A/B testing on feature lists
• Manage the engineering backlog and product requirements, to ensure successful
  Delivery
• Ensure successful collaboration with several internal teams to execute & iterate upon
  your roadmap
• Define and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success

We are looking for a Project Manager who will take ownership of post-sales implementation and ongoing client projects. This role is highly client-facing with our global enterprise clients in complex ecosystems.

You will act as the bridge between our clients and our product & engineering teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring timely delivery. You must possess a varied set of skills; spanning digital technology, strategy and business planning, user experience design, engineering and agile/lean development practices. At the same time, an entrepreneurial mindset to develop innovative products through limited resources at the same time, managing
stakeholder deadlines. The role will be split roughly 50% on product-related responsibilities and 50% on client-facing/project management tasks.

You will manage multiple projects across different clients simultaneously, driving excellence in execution while navigating a fast-paced startup environment.

• 2–3 years of experience in a product and project management, ideally with B2B enterprise accounts in the tech space.
• Strong track record of delivering multiple, concurrent client projects successfully.‍
• Exceptional communication skills in English (written & spoken) — fluent or native level — and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders in US and European markets.
• Ability to translate between client requirements and technical specifications with clarity.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, HubSpot, and working with API integrations and data analytics tools.
• Experience in mobile app development and the agile development process
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects through launch while handling an incredible number of moving pieces
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver. Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments and able to adapt quickly.
• Based in Shanghai and available for on-site work.
