Maintain and Enhance HubSpot CRM: Ensure the accuracy and relevance of data in our CRM platform (HubSpot) by consistently updating client contacts,

interactions, and relevant information.

Support Sales Team in Proposal Deck Development: Collaborate with the sales department to craft visually captivating and compelling proposal presentations

for client meetings and pitches.

Harness Prospecting Tools: Employ various prospecting methodologies and tools to pinpoint potential clients and generate leads, thereby supporting the

sales team's outreach efforts.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team at SideChef, a leading FoodTech company that operates at the intersection of technology, food, and digital marketing. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and maintaining our CRM system to ensure efficient operations and client management.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.)

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Experience in CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus).

● Design skills or experience with presentation design tools (e.g., Canva, Google Slides, Figma).

● Familiarity with prospection tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo) is an advantage.

● Excellent communication skills, proactive and teamwork abilities.
