Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Cut Chicken (400 g) into small pieces, use Soy Sauce (to taste) , Salt (to taste) , and Granulated Sugar (4 g) to marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Dip the chicken into beaten Egg (1) , then coat with Corn Starch (to taste) .
Step 3
Fry the chicken until fully cooked and golden.
Step 4
For the orange sauce: Add the zest and juice from Oranges (1 1/2) , Distilled White Vinegar (15 mL) , sugar, Garlic (3 g) , and Fresh Ginger (2 g) into a pan, cook under medium heat until boil.
Step 5
Mix Water (30 mL) , and Corn Starch (2 g) in a small bowl and add to the sauce until thickened.
Step 6
Add in chicken into the sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with White Sesame Seeds (to taste) and enjoy!
