Step 1
Cut
Chicken (400 g)
into small pieces, use
Soy Sauce (to taste)

to marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.

Dip the chicken into beaten

Corn Starch (to taste)

Fry the chicken until fully cooked and golden.

For the orange sauce: Add the zest and juice from
Oranges (1 1/2)

Distilled White Vinegar (15 mL)
, sugar,
Garlic (3 g)

Fresh Ginger (2 g)
into a pan, cook under medium heat until boil.
Step 5
Mix
Water (30 mL)

Corn Starch (2 g)
in a small bowl and add to the sauce until thickened.

Add in chicken into the sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with
White Sesame Seeds (to taste)
