together into a bowl. Then add in
Water (240 mL)

Step 2
Add in

Sesame Oil (2 mL)

Chinese Chives (to taste)

Dried Shrimp (to taste)
,
Lump Crab Meat (to taste)
,
Ground White Pepper (to taste)
and seasoning, mix well.
Step 3
Add oil in hot pan, add a ladle of batter, cook until medium heat until golden and crispy. Serve and enjoy!
