Step 1
In a food processor or blender, combine Plain Greek Yogurt (140 g) and Feta Cheese (75 g) until smooth. Stir in the juice from Lemon (1) , Garlic (1 clove) , and Fresh Dill (as needed) .
Step 2
Set Cucumbers (65 g) in a colander or sieve and press out as much water as you can. Stir into the yogurt mixture and season with Salt (1 pinch) and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) .
