Step 1
In a bowl, place the White Rice (370 g) .
Step 2
Add Cucumbers (130 g) , Red Chili Peppers (150 g) , Spring Onion (1) , Cherry Tomatoes (150 g) , Black Olives (65 g) , Sun-Dried Tomatoes (15 g) , Cured Ham (60 mL) and mix everything well.
Step 3
Then add the Fresh Dill (4 g) and Fresh Cilantro (4 g) and mix well.
Step 4
After mixing add the Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (60 mL) and season with Salt (to taste) , Lime (1) , Hot Paprika (as needed) and mix everything well.
Step 5
After mixing everything well, leave to rest for 1 hour so all the flavours mix well. Serve and enjoy!
