Bake the Sweet Potatoes (450 g) until soft.
Step 2
Once cooked, peel and chop in small pieces.
Step 3
Place the potato in a board and mash with a fork.
Step 4
Once mashed add the Fresh Cilantro (3 g) , Parmigiano-Reggiano (25 g) , Salt (3 g) , Cayenne Pepper (as needed) , Smoked Paprika (1 g) , and Lime (1/2) .
