Step 1
Soak the
Almonds (75 g)
overnight and the
Cashew Nuts (60 g)
for at least 4 hours.
Step 2
Place almonds, cashew nuts,
Almond Butter (160 g)
,
Chia Seeds (20 g)
,
Hemp Hearts (20 g)
,
Coconut Oil (15 mL)
,
Himalayan Rock Salt (1 g)
,
Hemp Protein Powder (1 scoop)
,
Coconut Syrup (15 mL)
and
Black Garlic (2 heads)
into a food processor.
Step 3
Process until a smooth paste forms.
Step 4
Roll the dough into balls. You can coat the balls into chia or hemp seeds if you fancy. Store into your fridge and pick one (or two) when needed!
