Step 1
Into a mixing bowl, add
Potatoes (680 g)

Onion (1)

Shrimp (170 g)

Egg (1)

Paprika (1 g)
,
Salt (3 g)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1 g)
, and
Herbes de Provence (as needed)
. Mix well to combine.
Step 2
Add
All-Purpose Flour (125 g)
and stir to incorporate.
Step 3
Into a frying pan, add the
Cooking Oil (360 mL)
. When the oil is hot, scoop potato batter into the pan. Fry the first side until golden brown, then flip and fry the other side until golden brown. Transfer finished pancakes to a wire rack to drain. Fry in batches so you don't overcrowd the pan.
Step 4
Serve hot and enjoy!
