Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).
Step 2
Into an ovenproof pot or skillet, add Butter (60 g) . When melted, add strips of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (2) , Onion (1) , Basmati Rice (95 g) , White Rice (95 g) , Dried Basil (1 g) , Dried Oregano (as needed) , Seasoned Salt (5 g) , Curry Powder (1 g) , Tomato Paste (15 g) , Garlic (8 g) , Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Stir to combine.
Step 3
Add Water (480 mL) and Frozen Peas and Carrots (75 g) . Bring to a boil and cover.
Step 4
Transfer pot to the oven. Bake for 25 minutes.
Step 5
Serve warm straight out of the skillet!
