Cut Firm Tofu (395 g) into thick slabs and set on a few layers of paper towels. Cover with a few more paper towels and set a heavy plate on top to press out excess moisture.
Step 2
Meanwhile in a bowl, whisk to combine the Sesame Oil (60 mL) , Soy Sauce (60 mL) , Pineapple Juice (30 mL) , Rice Vinegar (15 mL) , Fresh Ginger (2 g) , Sesame Seeds (3 g) , Chili Garlic Sauce (1 g) , and zest and juice of the Lime (1) to create a marinade. Taste and adjust to your level of spiciness.
