Step 1
Wash the
Fresh Baby Spinach (60 g)
then place the
Walnuts (60 g)

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (60 mL)

Garlic (1 clove)

Coarse Salt (6 g)

Fresh Basil (5 g)
and
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
into a deep glass, then blend until creamy.
Step 2
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add
Whole Wheat Spaghetti (180 g)
, and cook based on package instructions. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of cooking liquid.
Step 3
Toss spaghetti with pesto to mixture. Add reserved cooking liquid, and mix until pasta is well coated.
Step 4
Fold in baby
Fresh Baby Spinach (to taste)

Divide into bowls and serve.
