Step 1
Place a thick-bottomed saucepan over medium heat. Add the
Butter (60 g)
and allow to melt, then add
Cream Cheese (55 g)
and
Heavy Cream (240 mL)
, slowly whisking until the cream cheese has melted and incorporated into the sauce.
Step 2
Continue whisking and add the
Parmesan Cheese (45 g)

Garlic (1 clove)

Italian Seasoning (1 g)
. Turn the heat to medium-low. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce has thickened.
Step 3
Season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
to taste and serve as desired.
