Place the Kale (1 bunch) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Olive Oil (60 mL) , Salt (to taste) , Parmesan Cheese (20 g) , Cayenne Pepper (1 dash) , Lemon (1) , and Fresh Ginger (1 pinch) in a blending apparatus. Blend for at least 60 seconds, stopping and scraping down the sides if needed.
Step 2
Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
