Step 1
Place
Granulated Sugar (2 tsp)

Lime Juice (1 fl oz)
into a cocktail shaker and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Step 2
Pour in the
BACARDÍ® Superior Rum (2 fl oz)
and fill the shaker with
Ice (as needed)
.
Step 3
Place the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled.
Step 4
Finally, strain through a fine tea strainer into a chilled coupette.
Step 5
Garnish with
Fresh Mint Leaves (1)
