Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add Bitters (3 dashes) to a mixing vessel.
Step 2
Add Demerara Syrup (0.3 fl oz) and Santa Teresa 1796 Rum (1.7 fl oz) .
Step 3
Fill the mixing glass with Ice (as needed) and stir for 20-30 seconds.
Step 4
Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over rocks or an ice block.
Step 5
Squeeze an Orange Peel (1) skin-side down over the top of the drink to express the oils, then tuck it into the glass and enjoy!
