Ingredients

Fresh Strawberries

Strawberry Liqueur
•
0.3 fl oz
MARTINI Prosecco
•
1 sprig
Fresh Mint Leaves
(optional)

Cooking Instructions

1. 
Remove the leaves off the Fresh Strawberries (5) .
2. 
Coreone strawberry for the garnish: with a strawberry in one hand and a straw in the other, gently push the straw through until the top comes off.
3. 
Take out the core of the strawberry and insert the Fresh Mint Leaves (1 sprig) into the cored strawberry. Set aside for garnish.
4. 
Chill a flute glass. Fill it with Ice (as needed) and use a straw or a bar spoon to stir.
5. 
Muddle 4 of the strawberries in the base of a glass jar. Use a muddler or a rolling pin to break them down.
6. 
Using a shot glass or a jigger, measure Strawberry Liqueur (0.7 fl oz) into the jar.

Fill the jar with Ice (as needed) . Secure the top and shake well.
8. 
Empty the ice from the champagne flute.
9. 
Using the fine strainer to strain the drink into the chilled glass. Top with MARTINI Prosecco (0.3 fl oz) .
10. 
Place the garnish on the rim of the glass. Serve.
